It's fruity in comparison to the pure rice ginjo, but it's also very good with sashimi and salted fish. Despite this, it goes great with sashimi and salted fish. You can enjoy it right after taking it out of the refrigerator, after leaving it for a while, and at close to room temperature. I was impressed by the balance of the flavor, sweetness and fullness of the sake.

It has a dry taste and goes well with all kinds of food. I think it's best to drink it at room temperature to get the best balance of aroma, swelling and flavor.
