This is the fifth in the Toyama Prefecture Hiyaoroshi mini-bottle series. The aroma of Narimasa and Haneya is always great. But it's not as satisfying as it should be.
It's described as a light taste, but it's got a strong impression, so it goes well with strongly flavored meals. The alcohol content is 17%, so it's quite high, so if you are alone, you will get drunk as well.
U is a gentle sake. It's slightly sweet, slightly fizzy, 13% alcohol by volume, so it's very easy to drink, and I could drink it all in one day. Personally, I like it with a little more acidity.
It's refreshing like a rum, it says on the liquor store pop and I didn't think it would be a good buy. I'm not sure if it's that refreshing, but it's delicious with a cool label.
