A plate of stir-fried eggplant and chilled tomatoes It was my first time to drink it, but it was light and odorless on the palate, but the sweetness and the deliciousness of the rice spread softly on the tongue. Good. 65% yield.

Claimed to be super dry, but I didn't find it that sharp, and it tasted a little sweet. With fried chicken breast It goes well with the fat content of the chicken as well as it melts away the fat.

Sashimi of bonito, kibinago, and red clams When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth taste with no sticking. When you blow on it, it has a slightly rice-like aroma and a full, sweet flavor. A good sake to pair with sashimi. I've read that it's also good served hot, but I'm not sure since I haven't tried it yet (^_^;)

Sashimi of Toro Tuna and Carpaccio of Kampachi. They opened the rest of the bottle and a new one, and served it to us in glasses and masu boxes in waves. The sake was as easy to drink as ever, and complemented the food without getting in the way. It's delicious!
