Sashimi of bonito, kibinago, and red clams
When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth taste with no sticking.
When you blow on it, it has a slightly rice-like aroma and a full, sweet flavor.
A good sake to pair with sashimi.
I've read that it's also good served hot, but I'm not sure since I haven't tried it yet (^_^;)
