Since I came to Nara, I tried to go to Hanaboe, which I had bought before, but it was under renovation. I went to a nearby store and found it, so I bought it. I like barrels... 😁.
The label says that it releases the acidity rather than suppresses it... I think this sake goes well with the food in this region.
I think the sake itself is dark and dry with a gutsy taste of oak and acidity.
I'm drinking it with tofu from this land with lots of scallions on it while eating kakinoha sushi and sweetfish sushi 😋.
