This is a sake brewery that was there when I visited Honke Narita-san.
There were two kinds of cloudy,
There were sweet and dry,
I chose the dry one because it was cloudy.
It was sparkling, but my husband shook the bottle before opening it because it was cloudy...
It took him quite a while to open the bottle and finally he was able to drink it! LOL!
The spiciest sake ever!
Every time I drink it, I end up cooing and squealing.
But the thickening and koji flavor comes later.
