きよまる
It has a strong habit right after opening, but after about 3 days after opening, it gets a little square. I like it before putting it down and right after opening the bottle.

I'd tag it but I don't know the type. It's probably junmai, judging from the spiciness. It's been a long time since I've had sake, and it's soaked into my body. It would be great if I could die like this.

Hot. It has a yellowish color. It is a strange sake with a tangy sensation in the mouth. I don't know because I haven't drunk it cold, but I hear it heats up very well.

Cold. Spicy yet sweet. I know you don't know what I'm talking about, but I don't either. It's spicy at first, but the aftertaste is sweet. I don't know what it is, but it's good anyway!

Warmed. The aroma of the rice is amazing. It smells like freshly cooked white rice. I thought it would be sweet, but it's crisp, spicy, and refreshing on the tongue. It's all subjective, but it has a carbonated feel to it. The sensation it leaves on the tongue. I like it best among the warmed versions I've had.

Although it is crisp and dry, it does not leave a lingering feeling. It is easy to drink in the dry taste. I think it goes well with seafood. It's called "Amago no Tsuki Besso", so maybe there are other kinds. (Ignorance) I will explore it soon. Also, it doesn't have anything to do with Amago no Tsuki, but this place has a good amount of local sake, so I think I'll be back.

The local sake was sold out, so I ordered the one I was interested in. It was a little yellowish in color. Sweet. It's the type of sake that disappears when you notice it.

The sweetness of the rice wins at first, but the aftertaste is very spicy. I bought this as a souvenir for my grandfather and as one of two bottles dedicated to myself after being sober for half a year. I will probably repeat it soon.

きよまる
A dry and refreshing sake. It was one of the two bottles that I dedicated to myself after being sober for six months. Because of this, I felt drunk quickly, but it was probably my imagination.

On the way back from a visit to Zenkoji Temple, we bought a bottle of nigori-shu along with a square bottle of nigori-shu. The sake is fragrant, but easy to drink. The nigorizake is my first nigorizake, so I can't compare them. It is good.
