Today is the prelude (?) to my birthday coming up next week! So, we compared Kawanakajima Genmai!
Actually, I have a bottle of Harmonic Emotion in the pipeline, but that's for my birthday.
Let's start with the ginjo.
The rice is Kinmon-nishiki. This is the first time for me to drink Kawanakajima Genmai with aloso.
The aroma is the usual Kawanakajima Genmai.
It has a rich umami and a slightly alcoholic taste.
The taste is a little light, but has a solid core atmosphere.
Aru-soze tends to be too sharp, but this one has a good sharpness and lingering bitterness.
