Sairai's Alcoholic Sake!
It was originally supposed to be for restaurants only, but it seems that it has now been distributed to the general public.
It has a sweet and juicy flavor that is typical of Sairai, with a crispness that can only be achieved by al-soze.
However, it has lost the lingering depth that is typical of junmai sake.
The sweetness, umami, and acidity are much less than those of other junmai sake.
I've had a series of sake with alsode in the past week, and I'm not sure I like it. ......
