Gekkeikan was holding a small-scale event at Kyoto station. I bought it as a souvenir. It has a sour taste at first and a sweet taste later on. It is slightly carbonated, so it gives the impression of being refreshing and easy to drink.

Souvenirs of sightseeing in Akashi. Is it a limited edition of a sake brewery? I bought it because it is a limited edition sake brewery. [Day 2 of opening the package. The bottom was lactobacillus drink-like! LOL! I should have mixed it lightly from the first day. Sweet and sour! I was curious to read the impression that it tasted like a certain lactobacillus drink, but personally I felt it was more like plum juice. Maybe because it is low in alcohol, it is easy to drink! As recommended, it tastes better on the rocks!
