Souvenirs of sightseeing in Akashi. Is it a limited edition of a sake brewery? I bought it because it is a limited edition sake brewery. It has a sour taste at first and a slight bitterness at the end. A little heavy? On the way, you may or may not feel a slight strange taste... (not a bad feeling). (I don't feel bad about it).

The second souvenir from my business trip to Aichi! Congratulations on your 10th anniversary! I wish you all the best in the future! I bought this one just for the sake of saying "Congratulations on your 10th anniversary! Even though it is fire-aged, it is a Daiginjo Futato, as expected, and very good!

[Day 2 of opening the package. The bottom was lactobacillus drink-like! LOL! I should have mixed it lightly from the first day. Sweet and sour! I was curious to read the impression that it tasted like a certain lactobacillus drink, but personally I felt it was more like plum juice. Maybe because it is low in alcohol, it is easy to drink! As recommended, it tastes better on the rocks!

I was worried about whether the taste had changed since I bought it in May or June? I was worried that the taste might have changed since I bought it in May or June, but I was relieved to find that it tasted good for the time being. It tasted somewhat melon-like? There was a sweetness, but the bitterness came out later, so I didn't feel it was too bitter.

Bought as a souvenir on a business trip to Sendai. I bought it because it looked like spring. I thought the taste was normal just by its appearance, but I had never had it before. Cherry-like? Is the color of the drink pulling you in? (I haven't had cherries for a long time, so I can't remember what cherries taste like lol) Anyway, it is sweet and delicious!
