My first Nabeshima! I went to buy it because there was a special distributor nearby. After much deliberation, I chose Newmoon.
The aroma is fruity and the taste is a little fizzy. It is easy to drink and has no habits. It is a dangerous sake that you can easily drink!
I think it would be good as a food wine.
I would definitely like to try other kinds of Newmoon! It was really delicious!

Sake tasting battle between husband and wife! There were 6 brands to guess 😀 Akabu, Abe, Tamitsu, Toyo Bijin, Houken, Matsuo (Kangiku). The result was a resounding victory for the wife 😭 The sashimi and crab miso were delicious, so that's good! I'll take that as a "yes". LOL!

This is a horrible sake that a couple of us finished a four-pack in one day. The sweetness and sourness are really just right. It's so good that I was tempted to think it wasn't made just for my taste. It's so good that I was tempted to think it wasn't made just for my taste.

Eikoufuji, whatever you drink is really delicious (vocabulary).
The aroma is not so strong? But when you drink it, the sweet taste spreads to your mouth.
