Fruity and sweet taste typical of rice wine Full-bodied taste typical of Yamahai brewing comes later. Modern, classic and complex flavor Delicious! There is no retail outlet at the brewery, so you have to go to a nearby distributor. Thanks to the kindness of the lady at the sake shop! We also bought some kasuzuke (pickles with sake lees), rice crackers, sake cups, and Angelique's cakes! Souvenirs from my trip to Aomori Preference:★★★★★
