中央線の中野で、磯自慢に出会ってから始まった日本酒の旅。東京の店では、全国の酒が集まってくるけど、酒蔵をまわったりして、やはりその土地で味わうのが最も美味しい。 おもに、都内デパ地下、西荻窪、荻窪、練馬の日本酒に力入れてる酒店での店舗販売、神戸の酒店からのネット販売で購入、自宅の酒専用冷蔵庫に最低一升瓶2本を保存してます。

It's the first time you've tasted this brand from Iga Ueno in Mie Prefecture. It's easy to drink, and it goes down easy with a subtle flavor. I happened to buy a snack, a sea bream from Mie Prefecture. It was synergistically delicious. I also bought my first liquor store, located in a residential area in Nerima, called Yamaman, which is a very particular shop.

Probably one of the top three drinks of the year, it's a bit of an impressive taste. Rather than a lingering aftertaste or flavour, it's a well-balanced taste that opens up in the second you drink it, just after a beat. In the cross-sectional space, the depth of the rice, the fruitiness and many other elements remain. Does the rice used to make it come out in its own right? Of course, it's not to everyone's liking, but I would recommend it to anyone who loves Japanese sake. I bought this one at Matsuzawa Sake Shop in Nerima. I had it with an eel, which I haven't had in a while.

The acidity spreads well, and it is both refreshing and delicious. It's the kind of flavor that goes well with a wine glass. I bought this at Matsuzawa Sake Shop near Nerima Station. It goes well with seafood such as tuna and octopus.

It was a hot and humid day. I went to Takahara Shoten in Koenji after a long time, and as soon as I entered the refrigeration room on the right side of the building, it was cold, but it felt nice. I don't remember how it all started, but it was so good. I don't remember how it all started, but I could see the label of Tohokusen, which has been connected to the label for a long time. There is another cold room at the back of the refrigerated room. I wonder if they change the temperature of the chiller depending on the type of sake. I hadn't drunk it in years, but the flavor was the same. It would be best if it was a little cooler and you could feel the crispness.

A sake with an auspicious name from Shizuoka, Kaifun, and probably something that will appeal to everyone. It is made with Yamada Nishiki, which gives it a firm yet soft and rice-like flavor. Perhaps it's because it was made for the summer, but this time it's a little more refreshing. In any case, it's a reliable brand.

Mmmm, what an easy drink, mild, soft, sweet fruit flavors, typical of Yamanashi, if you will. I feel like it. Maybe I've had it somewhere before, but I'll check it out again! I bought it casually at a liquor store in Ogikubo on my way home.

I knew this was the right thing to do! It has a basic fruit flavor, and when you open it, you can feel the slightest bit of carbonation. This is a brewery that does not betray itself. It has a broad taste and a solid profile. However, you never get tired of drinking it. It's soothing. We bought it at Matsuzawa's sake shop in Nerima. With a side dish of Hirame (from Aomori) and Firefly squid (from Hyogo).

石川県の本当に小さな酒蔵で造られた酒。たまたま、買い物帰りで寄ったデパ地下で売っていた。但し、コロナ影響か試飲は無し。珍しさで買った。自分の石川の酒イメージらしく、すとーんとすっきりした風味、フルーティーさは感じないが、懐かしさは感じる。すっきりした酸味の後、最後に一瞬ふわっと米風味が程よく拡がる。たぶん、人によって好みは別れるとこだが、自分はこの線でぶれずに続けてほしい。

佐賀の酒だから、甘ったるく濃い味を予感しながら、恐る恐る一升瓶の栓を抜いた。いい意味で予感は当たらなかった。程よい微かな甘い香りがあり、果実感が全面にひろがり、味に厚みあり、絶妙なバランスを整ったそれになってる。日本酒は全国的に確実に進化しつづけてる、そう思わせる酒だ。荻窪の何気ない酒屋で、確信なく買ったが、自分の勘がよいのか、運がいいのか、ラッキーなめぐりあいだ。

福島の酒は、なにせ米のふくらむような風味を絶妙に出している。この自然酒、酵母まで蔵つき酵母。精米歩合80%でも、全く雑味なく、逆に歩合の高さをマックス生かしている。この深み、栓を開けたときのシュワとした感じ、米のワインだ。鱈鍋と共に。

公園散策の帰り道、阿佐ヶ谷のミツヤ酒店で購入。久しぶりに大好きな長野 大町市の酒と再会。何せ、白馬錦から始まって、この北安大国も非常にフレッシュ&旨口が特徴。最初の一杯目には、ほんの僅かに超微炭酸さえも感じる。果実風味の味、香りがほどよくひろがる。やっぱり、長野の酒は自分にしっくりきてるなぁ。

これは、名前に似つかわしく、すんなり旨いミネラルウォーターのような感じから、じわっと香り、マイルドだけどはっきりわかるキレを感じる、長野 佐久らしい味だ。このスッキリさだと、ワサビ醤油で食べるヒレ肉にもバッチリ合う。西荻窪の名酒店、ミツヤで購入。

東京は福生の酒。地味だけども、しっかりコクあり、無濾過の味のひろがりもあり、本醸造のすっきり感もある酒だ。特に今回はラベル説明にもあるように、原酒の良さをそのまま出した風味だ。決して裏切らない酒蔵のような気がする。

I bought it at a liquor shop near Nerima station that I trust. I guess they have a good relationship of trust with the brewer and keep it well. The quality of the sake is stable at a high level. The sake rice is Yamadanishiki, and the taste is soft and fruity, but the outline of the taste can be felt at the end of drinking. You will never get tired of drinking it. Well, I like Nagano Prefecture's sake in general.

故郷のしみる酒。神戸の酒店から通販で取り寄せる。毎回、微妙に風味が変化する。今回は、すごく拡がりのある感じ、でも最後は灘の酒らしく、締まる。こんな時期は故郷を想いながら、その地酒を飲み、ソウルフードの粕汁を食らうに限る。

神奈川県丹澤の酒。この県の酒って、はずれはほとんどない。安定してほどほど、いや結構いい意味で予想を裏切る旨さであることが多い。自分はほんのり香りがいい、酸っぱさを感じない柔らかいフルーティーさがあるように思えた。たぶん前に飲んだことあると思う、素晴らしき再会だ。

大吟醸とにごり酒の組合せが、珍しく、三千盛のブランドの信頼もあって購入。シュワシュワ、じーんとする爽やかさ、微炭酸がシャンパンのよう。にごりが、 米の香りを漂わす。
