At the store. Blue Hawaii, grapefruit, bamboo, lychee. Slightly sweet on the palate, but quickly turns watery and slushy. This is dry, depending on how you look at it, but there is nothing classic about it, and it is refreshingly reminiscent of bamboo groves and fresh greenery.

If you want a dry wine to go with food, I would say Senkou Classic. It is dry but very delicate, so it would be difficult to choose dishes to match it with.
