Nice to meet you sake🍶. Good aroma, great balance of umami, sweetness, and sharpness. I would like to repeat this sake. I served it with sushi with eel and egg rolls as a side dish.

Melon, banana, and rice flavor. The mouthfeel and taste also have aromas of ripe fruits like melon and banana. Along with the sweetness, it has a full-bodied taste with a mellow weight. The aftertaste is filled with the concentrated aroma of mellow rice flavor, which lingers after drinking. This is a product of Kitakyushu's climate, where everything from cultivation to bottling is done in Kitakyushu.
