Grass, chalk, yuzu, lychee, grapefruit.
The cool, refreshing aroma brings to mind the blue skies of summer. On the palate, it has a sweet and refreshing taste like lychee, but gradually the dry taste like grass and stones increases. Dry and dry for a Kido, it can be used as a food wine.

I was expecting it to be sweet like blue Hawaiian syrup on shaved ice, but in fact it was the exact opposite. That's one of the reasons why I gave it a low score.
