The sake of the sake brewery and Yokoyama brewery in Iki Island. It seems to be the sake which was born after 30 years on Iki Island.
The scent is lush and gorgeous. Extremely fruity! I like it, but my husband says it doesn't have to be this fruity, and well, I can understand that feeling! It's not quite as drinkable as it should be.
Wine glasses are recommended, so I'll try that as well.
