This sake is interesting in many ways, such as its pairing with chocolate, or its substitution of sake for water, or its use of sake instead of water. Perhaps because it is a cold sake, the bitterness is more impressive than the sweetness associated with the name. Paired with slightly sweet chocolate, it goes very well.

This sake is made from rice that is the parent of Sasanishiki. It has a sweetness at first, but it finishes with a mature, sharp, dry taste. It finishes with a mature, sharp, dry taste.

I've had Sake Mirai from other breweries, but this is the first time I've had the original Jyushidai. The Honke has a sweetness and clear aftertaste, and compared to the Dragon's Bastard, I don't think my impression would change that much even if the temperature were to change.

Its refreshing sweetness and clear throat are impressive. As the temperature approaches room temperature, the sourness and dryness come out and the taste becomes different.

Far from the image of sweetness that one might expect from Sake Mirai, it is a sour, light and dry wine that is sure to give you a hard time.

This sake is a collaboration between Nagurayama and Mochizuki Shoten. The label is a joke, but the sweet and sour taste is impressive.

It's supposed to be super dry, but it wasn't that dry. I wonder if the dryness was tempered by the slight sweetness and acidity.

This is an experimental sake from Yuki no Bijin. It looks like water if you are not conscious of it, but when you taste it carefully, the sweetness and acidity of the rice spread lightly on the palate...a promising sake...but the brewery seems to have been damaged by the flooding, and I am a little worried about its future.

The sweetness spreads in the mouth as if the image of Sake Mirai (strong sweetness of rice) was thoroughly pursued, but it is followed by a complex flavor structure with acidity, a gaseous feeling, and a light dry finish.

The concept of this sake is to enjoy the differences in soil. This Yoshikawa is more impressive for its acidity and dryness than for its sweetness, and is good as a mid-meal sake or cupped with strong snacks.

The concept of this sake is to enjoy the differences in soil. This company's impression is that the Yamadanishiki has a sweetness, but with an emphasis on balance.

The summer! It goes well with Kachiwari. It may be light and dry, but it's a dangerous water that can be drunk almost like water, probably because it's well chilled on the rocks.

It has a fruity sweetness, but it is more impressive in its acidity and gasiness, and the fact that it closes with a light dryness.
