ありまThis is an experimental sake from Yuki no Bijin.
It looks like water if you are not conscious of it, but when you taste it carefully, the sweetness and acidity of the rice spread lightly on the palate...a promising sake...but the brewery seems to have been damaged by the flooding, and I am a little worried about its future.
