It was my favorite so I'm recording it ✏︎ It's a Yamagata sake! I prefer the less dry ones as I drink more of them. My senior took me to a local yakitori restaurant to celebrate my birthday 🍶. Set of 3 kinds of sake (¥1000) It was delicious.

Slightly carbonated Too good to be true! You can feel the beginning of spring by drinking Risshun morning squeezed 😌How luxurious... I want to drink it every year from now on. What would be a good pairing? I'm not sure.

Namazake can be distributed at room temperature (wild rice) Memo🗒Ultrafiltration: Enzymes can be removed to the utmost limit by filtration rather than heat treatment. You can enjoy the taste of freshly pressed sake without any loss of flavor. It is a technology that allows unpasteurized sake, which used to have to be distributed refrigerated, to be readily available at room temperature.

It's lonely when you don't have any stock in your house... I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. I'm not sure what to make of it. The more I dig into sake, the more I find. The more I dig into sake, the more I find! The more I dig for sake, the more I find! I like unpasteurized sake, but I recently realized that my parents like regular sake.

Slight foaming... °. Once the bottle is opened, the sinking malt gradually rises. I felt the alcohol was strong, but it wasn't particularly high at 13° (°_°). The yogurt and fermented taste reminded me of makgeolli ☃️.

What can I say? I don't know how to describe it yet, but I can feel the water... or the taste of the water... I'm not sure how to describe it yet, but it's delicious freshly opened ☺️I don't feel a kick at all, and the aroma through the nose is fruity. I would like to thank you for your kindness and support. I was so happy to be able to drink it.

My second purchase from my wife. Opened a bottle last night I noticed that it tastes better on the second or third day than right after opening the bottle... I'm not sure. I think it depends on your taste and the drink you are drinking. When I drank it yesterday, I thought it tasted like this... But today, the second day, it's still delicious. It's thick and delicious. The taste changes after a day in the air. Maybe it's even more so because it's unpasteurized sake. My personal favorite.

Fruity and easy to drink! When I opened the bottle, I heard a pushy sound 钎✳︎. A little sizzle? A little piquant? There was a hint of fermented gas. I went to the Ise Jingu Shrine, but I didn't think I'd be able to find it...! I didn't think I'd be able to get it ☺️I'm so happy! I'm trying to figure out what I like, but I thought I'd like it more spicy!

Dry taste So it was easier to drink it cold than warmed up! I was recommended this by a local who said it had been famous for a long time, but in the end, it all comes down to taste. But there are so many different kinds of sake, it's endless to find the taste you like! It's good because it's fun, though ^^!

Can I describe it as "mellow"? The sake is unpasteurized and has none of the sharpness that is characteristic of sake. It's a little fruity.
