I like unpasteurized sake, but I recently realized that my parents like regular sake.

Opened a bottle last night
I noticed that it tastes better on the second or third day than right after opening the bottle... I'm not sure. I think it depends on your taste and the drink you are drinking.
When I drank it yesterday, I thought it tasted like this... But today, the second day, it's still delicious.
It's thick and delicious. The taste changes after a day in the air. Maybe it's even more so because it's unpasteurized sake. My personal favorite.
Fruity and easy to drink!
When I opened the bottle, I heard a pushy sound 钎✳︎.
A little sizzle? A little piquant? There was a hint of fermented gas.
