I'm a fan of Keiryu Asa Shibori exhibited stored sake 😊.
This is the first time I bought Hiyayoroshi 🍶.
I prefer the taste on the second day after opening the bottle as it is more stable and less rough. It's not a big change in taste because it's a fresh brewed sake(?). It's not a big change in taste.
It tastes like honey when it is heated up, so I put some honey in it and it was delicious 😊.

A campground I go to every year🏕.
I found out that there was a Doi Sake Brewery in the city and really wanted to go there, but I couldn't do as I wanted due to the heat with my dog... I gave up on Hiyoroshi sake 🥲.
I found a bottle of Kaiun at the supermarket 🍶 It's also called Celebration Sake, and it's my sister's birthday month, so I thought it would be perfect ← I just want to drink it myself!
