I thought it was Kuheiji wine until I drank it 😂.
Let's read it properly...
I could feel the fermentation and slight carbonation
Gorgeous aroma 👃🏻
The taste is beyond my ability to describe...
Fruity aroma. Tastes like pineapple...
I feel it is made with good tasting water (I can't explain it well).
I had a Junmai Daiginjo from Echigozakura before, but I think I liked it better.
I'm a fan of Keiryu Asa Shibori exhibited stored sake 😊.
This is the first time I bought Hiyayoroshi 🍶.
I prefer the taste on the second day after opening the bottle as it is more stable and less rough. It's not a big change in taste because it's a fresh brewed sake(?). It's not a big change in taste.
It tastes like honey when it is heated up, so I put some honey in it and it was delicious 😊.
