I got this sake as a gift from Kyoto a long time ago.
I finally got to drink it!
This sake is also easier to drink cold than chilled, and since it was stored at room temperature, I put it on the rocks with ice 🧊.
It's nice and deep that each sake has its own way of drinking ✳︎.
Souvenir from a friend who climbed Mt.
It's a local sake from Azumino.
I bought some from Daisetsukenkei when I visited Nagano the other day 😊.
I've never had a cup of sake before but I'll take it from my second Daisetsuken 🍶.
I drank it cold and found it a bit harsh after a long time (and to my surprise, I realized I hadn't had any sake this month...).
I had it on the rocks and it was crisp and tasty 🧊.
Sake from Aichi 🍶.
I bought it because it's raw.
I was not a fan of sake when I was a kid, but it had a strong "sake! I could strongly feel the taste of "Sake!" which I hated as a child.
Now I can enjoy the taste too!
I must be getting old lol
I'm going to drink it little by little and enjoy the change of taste day by day ✌︎︎!
Scent: Yogurt type
I don't often buy sparkling wine, but I'm glad I did this time. It was delicious and went quickly!
Fermented taste
It tastes like yogurt and has a sweetness to it.
I'm a sucker for looks like this 🍶.
The words "limited edition" and "summer extravaganza" excite me. It's so cool!
But as it says "dry", it is still dry 🍶 lol
I had it cold!
I bought it because it was described as slightly sweet, but I was not sure if it was sweet or not... I bought it because it was described as slightly sweet, but I was under the impression that this was sweet 🍶.
On the second day, it felt spicy like grated daikon radish 😂I don't know anymore😂.
It's hard to tell. It's good that it tastes good, but it would be cool to know 🍶.
I can't help but notice the unnecessary things in the background...
It is difficult to take a good picture of sake!
I got a nice sake cup at a local pottery fair
It seems that this sake also won the gold medal at the sake awards 2021.
It says the aroma is gorgeous, but I couldn't really smell it.
I liked it better than Echigo-zakura which I drank last time ^ ^.
I'm glad it's not so dry.
Sake made with flower yeast🍶.
I've had such a sake before ^^^I believe it's from Nara, Japan.
Aroma: Yoghurt type
I don't know how to describe the taste. Despite the gentle smell, there was a sharp alcohol taste 🍶.
My first sake from Fukui Prefecture 🗾.
I was grateful for the sake that was given to me 🍶It had a gentle taste with no strong assertion of flavor ^ ^.
Is this the characteristic taste of junmai sake...?
Great taste with a gassy sensation.
Fermented, slightly carbonated, my favorite 😋🍶.
I visited Nagano Prefecture today for a mountain climbing trip and wanted to buy some local sake. The Imanishiki brewery we had planned to visit was closed 🥲, so we picked some up at a roadside station 🍶.
New sake, still available 😊I'm happy ✳︎.
It is said that this sake is only available at the Rock Garden Roadside Station 🍶.
I got it as a souvenir!
It was purely delicious cold 😊I drank it with my mother who said it was light and easy to drink 🍶.
I heard later that it tastes good cold☺️.
