I got this sake as a gift from Kyoto a long time ago.
I finally got to drink it!
This sake is also easier to drink cold than chilled, and since it was stored at room temperature, I put it on the rocks with ice 🧊.
It's nice and deep that each sake has its own way of drinking ✳︎.

It's a local sake from Azumino.
I bought some from Daisetsukenkei when I visited Nagano the other day 😊.
I've never had a cup of sake before but I'll take it from my second Daisetsuken 🍶.
I drank it cold and found it a bit harsh after a long time (and to my surprise, I realized I hadn't had any sake this month...).
I had it on the rocks and it was crisp and tasty 🧊.

I bought it because it's raw.
I was not a fan of sake when I was a kid, but it had a strong "sake! I could strongly feel the taste of "Sake!" which I hated as a child.
Now I can enjoy the taste too!
I must be getting old lol

It says the aroma is gorgeous, but I couldn't really smell it.
