It is read as Sachikaze. It is another brand of Hanashimi and probably only distributed in Oita Prefecture. There are very few check-ins for Sake no Wawa.
The aroma is mild. The smooth taste of rice and sweetness are exquisite. It is not too sweet and has no cloying taste. I would like to buy it again.

Hi Aladdin-san. I didn't know that 😅The owner of the store (who was also the former toji of Hana Shoumei!) According to him, the sake was made because the locals asked him to make a sweet one too 🍶.
