Daigokujojo Banshu Yamadanishiki
The aroma is faintly fruity, and when you put it in your mouth, it is soft to the touch, and the flavor of the rice and a slight sweetness spreads, but there is some acidity and bitterness in the latter half, and I think the overall taste is well balanced and elegant. I drank it after the perfect Nanadaru Nijukan, so if I drank it only here, the taste and feeling might have changed more.
