Honjikomi Special Honjozo
The specification is 55% polished rice and it is a special Honjozo or Ginjo class. The aroma is subdued and not very assertive, but the balance of the pungency of the sake and the acidity that lingers afterwards is clear without any miscellaneous flavors, making it the ultimate dry sake.
