It is brewed by Kusumi Shuzo in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.
It is smooth and sweet on the palate with a light dry taste. It seems to go well with fish.
Kopirinko, what a cute mimetic word!
I thought the label was nice lol, but it seems to be a limited edition sake for restaurants! It is a one-time-only limited edition sake brewed with 50% in-house grown "Misato Nishiki" rice polished and brewed with three classic yeasts, Association No. 6, No. 7, and No. 9.
It was easy to drink and super delicious.
I drink it at home 🏠 Tengumai is famous for its delicious taste. It is a bit acidic and has a unique aroma. It might go well with fish dishes. It tastes good even if it is not cold.
Sake with a little bit of sweetness and abundance. But it also has a sharpness. I thought it was a limited edition sake, but I didn't find it in other stores.
