100% Yumesansui. First rice.
Slightly acidic with a sweet aftertaste. Slightly sour, sweet aftertaste. Almost no bitterness. Good taste.
I drank it cold, so I want to try heating it up.
It is dry but has a soft taste. I had drunk Yoshida Kura before, but this was my first time.
I have forgotten about it, so I can't really feel the difference.
If I see it again, I would like to compare them.
A gift.
There is a note warning against foaming and opening the bottle.
At first, it was chilled in the vegetable room, but it was a little sweet.
Moved to the refrigerated room and cooled further, nice and fruity.
Personally, I prefer a regular special junmai or junmai ginjo.
It is so refreshing that it is hard to believe that it is 70% polished. When the bottle is opened, it has a slightly fizzy feeling. This time it was served cold, but next time it will be served hiya.
A gift at the end of the year.
Recommended warming. The sweetness stands out more when it is hot than when it is lukewarm. Even when heated, the fragrance is subdued.
It's delicious.
