It is dry but has a soft taste. I had drunk Yoshida Kura before, but this was my first time. I have forgotten about it, so I can't really feel the difference. If I see it again, I would like to compare them.

A gift. There is a note warning against foaming and opening the bottle. At first, it was chilled in the vegetable room, but it was a little sweet. Moved to the refrigerated room and cooled further, nice and fruity. Personally, I prefer a regular special junmai or junmai ginjo.

A gift at the end of the year. Recommended warming. The sweetness stands out more when it is hot than when it is lukewarm. Even when heated, the fragrance is subdued. It's delicious.
