8珍Atago no Matsu from Shinzawa Brewery, my favorite Hakurakusei brewery.
This was the first sake I bought in a PET bottle at a liquor store. I was going to buy one bottle because of its weight, but it was too light, so I bought another bottle of drunken whale in a PET bottle. I had drunk this sake a long time ago, but I was reminded again that it was fresh and had a good lingering acidity.
