They used 23/36 types of rice grown in Shiga. The label is very nice. I wonder if the image seen through the sake is pulled from Hiroshige's Rakugan? It's Shiga.
I thought it was just for fun, but it's really good...
The balance of acidity and spiciness is very much to my liking, and it naturally attracts "one more glass".
It has an indescribable richness to it.
The sweetness is also elegant and nice.
I wonder what the ratio of each variety is. I'd like to know more, but for now, the rice is delicious🤤🤤
