They used 23/36 types of rice grown in Shiga. The label is very nice. I wonder if the image seen through the sake is pulled from Hiroshige's Rakugan? It's Shiga.
I thought it was just for fun, but it's really good...
The balance of acidity and spiciness is very much to my liking, and it naturally attracts "one more glass".
It has an indescribable richness to it.
The sweetness is also elegant and nice.
I wonder what the ratio of each variety is. I'd like to know more, but for now, the rice is delicious🤤🤤

Dry & mildly sweet.
Good on the palate at first, but would be more enjoyable warmed. It is crisp and clean.
The aroma is also mild - a hint of melon.
You can taste the water more than the rice. Oihii!

2021 New Brewer's Market (Drive Through!) I got it at
It's the 100th anniversary of the old brewery.
It's an unpasteurized sake with a moderate aroma.
The alcohol content is low at 13%, so it's easy to drink...
It's smooth and mild, and above all, it has a very nutritious taste!
I think that the label design and the taste of the sake here really match each other well.
Not only sake, but there are many products that are just bursting with design, but this is something that is really hard to do!
Neat, calm, and (secretly) ambitious.
The "100" label is said to celebrate the brewery's past and pray for a brighter world in the future, and the taste reminded me of images of a quiet place of prayer.

The whole thing is so well-proportioned, so beautiful, so sparkling.
It's especially fruity when you first open the bottle, or maybe it's just fruit...
A slight fizzy sensation on the tip of the tongue and a gorgeousness that seems to come toward the front wraps you up at once, and then the euphoria builds with each sip.
Even my own breath is deep in flavor....

It's been aged in red wine barrels for two summers.

I was actually going to leave it for a while longer, but I opened it up after 3 days of sobriety. I can't help it.
The label says it's "juicy with a hint of citrus...", but my first sip was more like Delaware peel. I wonder if it will gradually change?
It has a nice crisp acidity and is a very energetic sake.
The foaming after opening the bottle diffuses the unrefined sake, so from the second sip, after the refreshing feeling, the light but rich flavor spreads.

It has a powerful sweetness and umami, yet the mouthfeel is not rough and elegant.
It has a loose aroma that fills your mouth with umami, but even the way it spreads is well behaved.
It is sweet, but not overpowering, and has a pungent taste that does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste.
You can have it with some snacks, but this is a meal in itself😋.
