This sake is about 3 years old, but it was aged once and tasted great. The sake is firm and very well balanced. The sweetness was less than expected.

I bought it at a local supermarket because it was cheap and mysterious. It has a nice picture of the Chinese zodiac. It is so rough that it cannot be called junmai ginjo and does not look like sake.
