hatahata
Yamazan does not disappoint.
This is the third bottle following Yamae-Nishiki and Hitogokotchi, and this one has a crisp, dry finish.
The slight bubbles are pleasant, and it is moderately dry, so it goes well with meals.
However, I think Hitogokochi is better in terms of cost performance. It was 3,000 yen for a bottle, but this one was 3,700 yen.
I am looking forward to the next sake.
