The aroma is sweet but calm.
The texture is light, but you can feel the sweetness and flavor deep down 😋 The alcohol content is 18 degrees, so I think it's a powerful finish!
This is the sake I've been wanting to drink since I started taking an interest in sake!
My first impression of this sake was that it was the most gorgeous. When you shake the glass, it smells like pineapple. It's light on the tongue, but the taste is strong, and it's both delicious and easy to drink.
I've been on a weight loss kick for a couple of months, so this is my first sake in ages! (I'm worried if my tongue hasn't deteriorated.) The impression is that it is mellower and stickier than the other works I've drunk. The texture is soft on the tongue and the aftertaste is easy to drink, disappearing quickly.
Personally, I think I like it better than Ganochi and Okayama Asahi Rice that I drank in the past.
The sweet, acidic aroma and the gasiness that is evident when you open it up is already delightful ✨The moderate sweetness and faint gasiness is addictive! He seems calmer than Masanotchi.
Smoky aroma. The taste is smart and sweet and complex. I told the owner of the liquor store what I liked and bought it on his recommendation and I think I like it a lot 👍.
The scent, anyway, smells like yogurt and an apple in the depths! The taste is sweet and sour with a complex finish. I don't know if this is due to the assemblage ...... but it's delicious 😋
I was curious about both Tsuchida and Shin Tschida, but this was actually the first time I drank it (research brewed out of nowhere) and the aroma was a fresh apple? Green apples? It's mild on the tongue and quite refreshing.
Maybe I should try drinking it at room temperature?
The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice. It has a clear taste not unlike that of a Daiginjo, and is more mature than I expected. It's easy to drink because it has no peculiarities.
