Kudokyu-te no Dokidoki Yamashu No.4
The aroma is rather subdued caps🍍.
As with the aroma, there is a capsule-type flavor, but the graininess and alcohol are rather strong and complex! (rather hard right after opening the bottle?).
This sake is made from Yamashu No. 4, the parent of Sake Mirai! I drank it for the first time~! I've never had it before 😚.
