Kunishige Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Nama
The aroma is typical of nama sake with a hint of vinegar and ethyl acetate.
The taste is sweet and juicy just like the aroma! The acidity is a bit strong. It has a strong flavor, but it seems to go well with meals! I think it's a good match for a meal 😆.
The aftertaste has a strong alcohol drain.
We learned about this sake at a liquor store in our destination! A unique encounter on a trip 😍.
