One of the first sake releases from Kawazawa Sake Brewery, the 19th new sake brewery in Kochi Prefecture.
This sake is made with super CEL yeast, which further strengthens the characteristics of CEL-24.
The ginjo aroma of apple and pineapple, a true Capuletian royalty.
The soft sweetness and acidity tighten up the mouthfeel 😃.

This is one of the first sake products from Kochi's 19th new sake brewery, Kawazawa Sake Brewery.
This sake is made with a yeast called Little CEL, which is a little less characteristic of CEL-24.
It certainly has the CEL-24 characteristics but with a less fruity taste, and its mild mouthfeel makes it perfect as a food sake!
