Slightly dry and sharp ものこっくA bottle to open on my daughter's birthday.
However, she is underage, so I am the one who drinks it.
The ginjo aroma is fruity like CEL-24, but in the mouth it is dry with moderate sweetness and good acidity.
It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink.
I hope my daughter will become a sake girl in the future and go out drinking with me 😊.
