ものこっく
This is one of the first sake products from Kochi's 19th new sake brewery, Kawazawa Sake Brewery.
This sake is made with a yeast called Little CEL, which is a little less characteristic of CEL-24.
It certainly has the CEL-24 characteristics but with a less fruity taste, and its mild mouthfeel makes it perfect as a food sake!
