Nagareki -Nama Hashiroshi, one time fire-working Melissa- (Japanese only) This is the first time for Ryuki to make a sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. The aroma and the hint of aroma are both very moderate. It has a soft taste and is very good. It is a nice food sake that goes well with a wide range of dishes. Personally, I would like a little more acidity. ★★★★
