Fruity sweet. It is not heavy, so it is recommended for beginners who want to try a sweet wine. Personally, I recommend enjoying it at the end of a meal.
It has the sweetness of sake, but without the heaviness characteristic of sake, and has a clear taste. It is easy to drink and has an excellent nose. This is a very good sake. This may be my personal favorite so far. It is a great sake on its own or with a meal.
Aromatic and dry. The moment it touches the tongue with its aroma, it has a sweet taste, followed by a crisp dry taste. The aroma follows the dryness, and the taste is elegant and dry.
It is dry, but not at all harsh as one might expect, with just the right amount of sweetness and aroma to make it an easy sake to order "for the time being" as a sake that goes well with meals.
Sake that claims to go well with fish. It is easy to drink. As the concept suggests, it does not interfere with food and can be served with a wide range of flavors, from strong to light, as well as with fish. Recommended.
