The aroma and flavor spread elegantly on the palate. The freshness and richness of the unfiltered taste is combined with the stable taste of the nakadori.
It matches the catchphrase, "A sake that brings spring to your heart", and has a synergistic effect.
It makes you feel as if you just sipped the sake from the tank. The must has a refreshing fresh taste with the alcohol and the carbonation coming off the must, so the taste exceeds the alcohol content. The label is getting more and more detailed every year.
The taste is dry and almost sweet, but the mouthfeel is fluffy. If you drink it with the image of the Junmai Daiginjo, Eiko Fuji, you will be surprised at how dry it is.
As with the unpasteurized version, I was drawn to the label. The aroma and taste of this brewery is recognizable. It has a richness of maturity. You shouldn't drink it with your guard up.
