I bought it on impulse at a store I usually go to because they had only the actual product.
The taste is stable because it is made by Tasake.
（Although it came after Isobojiman (which I had a little time to drink), this one asserted its own merits (laugh).
I thought it was a little sour, but it is just right for shime saba.

This was given to me as a gift for my labor by a senior at work.
Originally, it was a thank-you for sending him some local ramen, but it was obviously of a different rank (laughs).
As for the taste, it has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, as one would expect from Isozumo. I also like the aftertaste and the aroma that leaves the nose.
I am going to share it with the people at work who are indebted to me, but since it is so delicious, I think I will reduce the amount I can share (sweat).

It started with a sour smell, and the mouthfeel was a bit harsh. I wonder if it is because it has been bottled for a long time.
