Purchased at the every-times specials section.
I feel that there are more and more sparkling sake these days.
This one is very easy to drink.
However, for me, the sake flavor was a bit middling and I was disappointed...
Maybe it is my fault for having started with Suzune.
I bought it on impulse at a store I usually go to because they had only the actual product.
The taste is stable because it is made by Tasake.
(Although it came after Isobojiman (which I had a little time to drink), this one asserted its own merits (laugh).
I thought it was a little sour, but it is just right for shime saba.
I bought this sake at a supermarket earlier this year and let it sit for about 6 months.
I don't know if this is the original taste, so I'm reserving my evaluation.
This was given to me as a gift for my labor by a senior at work.
Originally, it was a thank-you for sending him some local ramen, but it was obviously of a different rank (laughs).
As for the taste, it has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, as one would expect from Isozumo. I also like the aftertaste and the aroma that leaves the nose.
I am going to share it with the people at work who are indebted to me, but since it is so delicious, I think I will reduce the amount I can share (sweat).
Bought it because it was cheap at the supermarket.
Maybe it's because it's old, but it gives the impression of water with a sourness that is unique to sake.
I guess it would have a different impression if I drank it earlier in the season, but at the moment, I prefer the original sake (laugh).
Another super cheap series.
It's a sake brewery in Kitakyushu, so I bought it without hesitation.
It tasted sour because of time, but personally, it was one of my favorite tastes.
I bought this at a local supermarket because it was also at a discount.
To be honest, I thought it would be better to enjoy Hakkaisan honestly....
After all, Suzune is the best (laugh).
I bought this again at a supermarket because it was on sale at a discount.
Since the brewery is close to my current address, I was curious and decided immediately!
It started with a sour smell, and the mouthfeel was a bit harsh. I wonder if it is because it has been bottled for a long time.
I wonder if this is called dry... (laugh)
For some reason, it was cheaper at the supermarket, so I bought it.
The sashimi was also cheap, so I bought it as well.
It tasted the same as usual, but it had been too long since I had had it.
I wondered if the taste was getting worse since it was cheaper...
At a friend's house
The original production date was 2014, but the impression I got from drinking it was perfectly fine.
The taste was mellow and easy to drink.
Sake Brewery Evaluation
Taste→Refreshing Aroma→Mellow
Aroma→Mellow
I still don't know about the aroma (sweat).
The taste is refreshing, but I can taste the sweetness and umami of the rice, which I like the most.
It is not a bad match with the "Ate", but I think I would rather drink it by itself.
Sake Brewery Evaluation
Taste→Clear Aroma→Fruity
Aroma→Fruity
The third bottle for comparison
I honestly don't know about the aroma. The taste is close to the image I have of junmai sake.
It tastes more robust than refreshing (lol).
I wonder if my sense of taste and smell are different...
Sake Brewery Evaluation
Taste→Mellow Aroma→Fresh
Mild flavor and refreshing aroma.
Second bottle for comparison
I couldn't tell the aroma from the first bottle, but the taste was more rice-like than before, and it seemed to assert its sake character.
I think it would go well with the sashimi.
Sake Brewery Evaluation
Taste→Elegant Aroma→Mild
The brewery's evaluation was "gentle".
The first bottle for comparison
The aroma is not so great, but the taste is very rich (I wonder if this expression is possible for sake).
The best match is short-sightedly for sashimi, but as the description says, it is not a choice of dish (although I said above that it is rich...).
