It has a pineapple-like aroma and a clean, crisp mouthfeel. I thought it was going to be sweet, but the aftertaste disappeared quickly and it went well with the meal. Today, we had Obushi, Sashimi and Roast Beef.
My favorite Zoga. It has a refreshing apple aroma and a tangy gas flavor. It is served well chilled. You can feel the ginjo aroma in the mouth, but the aftertaste is clean and almost lingering.
