Sawaya-Matsumoto Moribaha Junmai-Shu Gohyakumangoku 100% Ihyakumangoku rice Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume It's been a while since I've had a drink since I had to put off drinking for a while due to a vaccination 🎵. This is the last of Sawaya-Matsumoto's stock 😋, it's still good 😍This is my third bottle of Moribawari Gohyakumangoku in the past 6 months 🎵 lol 😄The freshly opened gassy mouthfeel is delicious, but I also like the round taste after a while 🎵.

For cheap and tasty drinks 🍶🎵. This time we will be looking for a sake from Chiba Prefecture 🍶 from Kangiku Meizou ✨. Shangiku OCEAN99 Snow Sea Nigori Unrefined Nama Sake Alcohol content 13%. Rice polishing ratio 55 I usually don't buy sake over 1,500 yen, but this time I bought it on the day it was released because it was the first limited nigori sake from my favorite brewery, Kangiku Meikozo. It's so good 🎵It's so good 😍I love the lingering sweetness on the tongue 😃I think it's the adult Calpis soda itself as it says on the back of the label 😋✨️Ahhhhhhhhhhh it's so good I should have bought 2 or 3 bottles 😅. It seems they only sell 4 bottles, my hope is to drink 1 bottle every day while savoring it 😋.

Junmai-shu, unfiltered, unpasteurized and unpasteurized sake Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 16%. 100% Akitsuho produced in Nara Prefecture Whenever I open a sake with a gaseous taste, I open it with trepidation 😂 lol. After about 5 days from opening the bottle, it starts to round out and is also delicious 😏✨.

Yeast: No.10 + Sho Shiki No.19 High temperature saccharification lactic acid yeast Last time we had the black label 🎵It was so delicious that we decided to have the white label this time🎶. Aroma is moderate, mouthfeel is soft, slightly sweet and clean ✨Although you can feel a little alcohol, the bitterness and light sharpness in the aftertaste brings it all together nicely 🎶Slightly mellow and fresh, it's really delicious 🎵I personally prefer the black label, but Laughing Season is so good 🎶It's so good! 😃✨This is a great value for the price at 2530 yen 👍Cospa is the best 💮.

It has a mild and soft mouthfeel, a slightly strong sweetness, a firm and rich flavor and umami, a tight acidity that comes in the aftertaste, and a pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a voluptuous flavor, but it is surprisingly crisp and easy to drink 😋🎵It is easy to drink, but be careful because it has 17% alcohol content 😂. The pleasant gassy feeling and the fresh and crisp mouthfeel are the best 🎵It has become one of my favorite bottles ☺️.

This time from Chiba Prefecture 🍶✨️Nabeten Corporation 🎵 Fudo Special Junmai Fired once, no carbon filtration 100% Akita Miyamanishiki rice Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15%. I bought it because it won a platinum award lol 😜I don't know what kind of award it won 😂. It has a slight tint to it when poured into a glass, soft and gentle on the palate 🎵This is a crisp and dry type 💨I usually drink sake by itself, so this sake is a little different from my taste 😅I had a little bit of cheese as a snack 😋🎵and it goes well with ‼️this one! I️️thought it would taste better at room temperature or slightly warmer than cold 🍶😲💡The flavor of the sake spreads and has a solid body 🎶I guess you could say it's a food sake 🍶😲💡.

Fudo Fushikogane Polishing 80 Junmai Nama-nama Sake 100% Fusakogane rice produced in Chiba Prefecture Polishing ratio 80 Alcohol content 15 Be careful when opening the bottle⚠️I slowly peeled off the aluminum outer stopper and the bottle opened with a pop 😲💦It's very healthy 😃Fortunately it didn't blow out, but I was surprised 😂. The gasiness is solid and shwashy, the fresh, low milled rice flavor and the presence of acidity bring it all together nicely 😋There's a hint of a tang at the bottom, and when I mixed it, the subtle sweetness, acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste made it taste like grapefruit 🎵. Yum 😋️This is one I️️️want to drink again.

Kangiku OCEAN99 Orange Sea Arrival Unfiltered Unblended Sake Once-fired unfiltered unpasteurized sake Alcohol content 15 Rice polishing ratio 55 Arrival" is the last bottle of the Flight series trilogy and seasonal sake, following "Inflight", which is only available in summer. I drank Kukai in the summer and enjoyed it, so when I discovered the OCEAN99 Flight series, I bought it immediately 👍Almost all of the bottles in the store had pre-order stickers on them, so I opened the bottle with high expectations ✨I took a sip and found it to be tangy, slightly gassy, condensed, and round with a good juiciness and sweetness. The aroma of ginjo on the nose is just the way I like it ✨The finish has a nice bitterness to it and after just one sip, I was like 💡 this is my favorite 😍I want to drink this again ✴. I'm sure the next time I go to the store they won't have it 😲I'll have to buy it immediately when I find it ✨️I'm a sucker for the OCEAN99 Flight series 😁.

I went to the liquor store immediately to see if they had any new sake in stock 🚙💨The Nanaken Hiyahoroshi was very popular last year, and I'm glad I was able to buy it before they sold out 🎵😆. The aroma is gorgeous and smooth on the palate, with a gentle, square feeling that makes it easy to drink 🎵The calm umami flavor that comes afterwards spreads in the mouth and has a nice sharpness ✨This is delicious 🎶I want to drink this again 😋.

We enjoyed this sake so much the last time we drank it that we decided to repeat our purchase for a full bottle 🎵. Slightly sweet and soft in the mouth, it has a sharp taste and is easy to drink 😋. Great taste for such a low price ✨️Kido is the best 😃🎶.

The aroma is modest but refreshingly citrusy🎶Gentle sweetness, mouth-filling umami, and acidic mouthfeel makes for a refreshing drink🎵I love the umami effect of Akabu 😋🎶After drinking about 80% of it, you will notice a little bit of tailings at the bottom 😲‼️Last time I️ drink it, you will be able to taste the tailings. The last glass of this wine is a bit more of a tail 🍶😲️I'll take the last glass with the tail 🍶😲😂It's sweet and tasty, mellow and creamy😆This is also delicious 😊I enjoyed a different taste 🎵This is a bottle I want to drink again✨

Rice polishing ratio 55 It has a fresh apple-like aroma and a pleasant sweetness on the palate with a strong rice flavor 🎵It's a sake that is full of flavor 😋The lingering bitterness is also pleasant and crisp 😃. It's not full-bodied, but it has a robust flavor, richness, and umami, and can be enjoyed on its own 🎵. I usually don't buy sakes that cost more than 1500 yen for a four-pack, but the Tasake is a great value for the price 🙌 I think it's the best cosmetically 🎵 I only go there on my way home from fishing or something because it's a little far from the liquor store, but I'd like to buy Tasake if they have it again 😆 I like this liquor store because they also carry Takachiyo, Nanada, and Machida Sake Brewery ✨.

I bought a bottle of Laughing Four Seasons Sensation White Label Hatsubatu Orikagarami Nama Shuzake for 2,000 yen during a select time sale on Amazon.com. I thought it would be fine at room temperature for delivery only, so I chilled it and drank it, but first the aroma was a little sweet and sour 😓and then when I put it in my mouth, I felt a strange, clinging sweetness, strong sourness and bitterness in my mouth. I threw all the bottles away thinking this was a bad one 😢I suspect they must have been poorly managed and I learned a good lesson not to buy from this place anymore😅. Now I buy from a store I trust 😁🎵🎵. I knew it would taste completely different ✨it's so good 😍. The black label seems to be a bit dry but it has a gentle sweetness, sourness, and a nice sharpness along with the umami ✨I think it's one of my favorites 😋I'm going to repeat it 😆.
