This is my second bottle of Kido nigori sake this year🎶I bought three bottles because you can never have too many of your favorite sake 🍶. It's so fresh and shwashy 🎵It's irresistibly delicious 😋✨Is it my imagination that I felt more gassy than usual ❔ lol.

This time we received🎶 Sake from Niigata Prefecture 🍶 from Hachikai Jozo Co. Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjo Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15.5 Continuing from last time, drinking at home 🍶. We drank Kirakucho and Akabu, and everyone was already drunk 😂. One of my juniors said he brought me a gift 😅I don't know Japanese sake so I bought him 3 bottles of Hakkaisan, Kubota and Otter 💦 Hey ‼️ wait a minute❗Don't buy me more expensive sake than mine 😂I still have 4 bottles in stock 💦I'll take Hakkaisan courtesy of my juniors🎵My memory is a bit fuzzy from this part 😂. I'm sure it was delicious lol. The next day I had a hangover💫😵🍶. I think it's best to drink in moderation 🎵

The second bottle was AKABU F NEWBORN 🎶Elegant and soft mouthfeel, mild sweetness, balanced acidity and bitterness ✨Anyway, it is very easy to drink 🎶This is very delicious 🎶The juniors liked it too 😃The label is cool too 🎵. It goes fast when 4 of us drink it together lol. It just occurred to me that when you drink with more than one person, you drink forever and lose control 😂While it's fun, you end up drinking too much😅.

For cheap and delicious drinks 🎵🍶✨ This time from Shiga Prefecture 🍶Kita Sake Brewing Company ✨ Kirakucho New Sake Activated Nama Sake Junmai Nigori Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 17%. I finally bought this nigori sake 🎵 which I've been curious about since last year. I wanted to serve it to my juniors, but first I tasted it myself ✨The first glass is fresh as you can imagine from the fresh aroma, it's shwashy, dry, refreshing and super tasty 🎵It has a good sweetness and rice flavor with a good volume and is very satisfying to drink ❗ The alcohol content of 17 degrees is quite effective 😅. I drank more than half of it by myself every night... I served it to 3 of my juniors later and it was gone in no time lol.

The long awaited nigori sake raw😊🎶The KID nigori I was looking forward to the most in nigori sake 😍✨. This time I unusually decided to drink it at home with my younger colleague ✨He's usually a beer drinker but this was his first time to drink sake with a gaseous taste and he was so impressed ✨I drank about 7 gou of sake despite drinking beer first lol 😅. He said he wants to drink again so we are going to drink again next week 🎵This time I invited 2 more juniors and we are going to drink with 4 people lol 😂I am going to set 3 juniors together in the sake swamp 😜Next time I am sure I will try Kirakucho nigori, but I am not sure about the rest, Akabu F NEWBORN, Tamagawa nigori and Kido nigori 😅I still think nigori is better than the rest. I think it's better to go with Akabu than to continue with nigori 🎵.

Fresh aroma with a gorgeous freshness, fine gasiness, fresh, tasty, and refreshingly delicious✨. 2,750 yen for this deliciousness is cheap 🎵Kangiku is delicious 😃. I will buy again ‼️

Purchased with the PayPay 30% back campaign 🎉! 1540 yen including tax, but at the campaign price of 1078 yen, it's a pretty good deal 🎶! I've been curious about this sake since I heard that Kai-san of Sakelabo Tokyo often drinks it at home 🎵. The mild aroma, soft mouthfeel, and easy drinking 😋😋 Smooth flavor, slight bitterness, and beautiful taste makes it easy to drink 😊This is delicious 🎵I should have bought a bottle 🎵😣. It tastes great cold, room temperature, or warmed up ✨.

Purchased with the PayPay 30% back campaign 🎵990 yen including tax ‼️ very cheap 🎉 and now they're giving 30% more back 😅 seriously badass 😂. The amount of ori at the bottom of the bottle is about 3-4cm and rather large ✴First sip without stirring 🍶The taste is clean, calm, crisp, and dry 😌The silky texture and richness from mixing the ori added a slight alcohol taste, but I didn't mind so much the next day and enjoyed the drink 😋🎵The taste is sweet without being flashy. I thought it might be better if it was heated up 🍶, but I drank it all cold 😅.

This time from Akita Prefecture 🍶Fukurokuju Sake Brewery Co. ✨️ Isshaku Suisei Ryoshin Special Junmai Sake Polishing ratio: 55% for koji rice, 58% for kake rice Alcohol content 16%. The fruity aroma made me imagine a sweet sake ✨but in the mouth, the sweetness is moderate and the acidity is crisp and dry with a refreshing sharpness and umami flavor 🎵It is a delicious sake that you can drink all the time without getting tired of drinking ✨I had the impression that the umami flavor would increase from about 5 days after opening the bottle 💨This delicious sake costs 2530 yen including tax for a square of it. 2530 yen per square 🎶Cospa is the best 🎶.

Rice polishing ratio 55 This is a brand I've never seen before, Tsukuba City's local sake, Male and Female River ✨️ I was attracted by the unfiltered unpasteurized sake and bought it 🎵. The aroma is modest and refreshing 😃It has a very slight tangy and gaseous taste, and the sweetness is moderate and balanced ❗This one is easier to drink with the sweetness from the oli 🎵It's like a sake without much character for better or worse 😅For me, I wasn't into it 😅I'm not a fan of it. I wasn't into it 😂. I think it's a popular sake in this area because there was only one bottle left at the store 🎵

This time from Tochigi Prefecture🍶 Sake🍶 Kobayashi Shuzo Co. ✨️ Hououmida Hatsushibori Junmai Ginjo-shu Unrefined Hon Nama 100% Gohyakumangoku rice Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content: 16% to 17 I usually don't buy sake of this price, but I found a liquor store that was running a PayPay 30% back campaign and bought it 💨I was so excited to see that if I deducted 30%, it would be 1,232 yen 😲😂I had a list of sake I wanted to buy in advance, but I couldn't find all of them and it took 40,50 minutes to get to the liquor store. I must have spent 40,50 minutes at the liquor store😅. Houou Mita, the last time I drank the Hon Gin was delicious, but the first time I drank the Hatsu Shibobori was also amazing 😍so good 😋 the sweetness of fruitiness on the palate, elegant and gorgeous ginjo aroma 🎶 fresh and juicy with a lingering bitter taste also delicious 😋 Houou Mita is so good 🎵 this is one of my favorite bottles to drink again! 🎉I usually don't buy it for the price so I'll drink it on special occasions😆✨️

Hououmida Hongin Bottle Warmed and Heated Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content: 16° to 17 I was curious about Hououmida since last year, but I missed out on buying this Hououmida Hongin 🎉I found it and bought it immediately. It has a fresh aroma like muscat, a soft mouthfeel with a gorgeous sweetness, and a pleasant spiciness and bitterness that spreads in the mouth 🎵It is mellow and has a good umami and a good sharpness. ✨️ This is a very tasty one 😍. The cost is also great at 2,640 yen per bottle including tax. This is a bottle I would like to drink again 🎵

This time from Chiba Prefecture 🍶✨️ limited partnership Kangiku Meikozo 🎵 Matsuo boast -Re:make Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Unrefined Unrefined Sake (Bottle heated once before pouring) Alcohol content 15 Rice polishing ratio 55 It is distributed only in Chiba Prefecture, and is said to be the only limited Junmai Ginjo of Kangiku Meijo. I thought I went to the liquor store to buy OCEAN99 Toukai, but they had both Toukai and Matsuo boast. I was going to buy the Ojiokai, but I started to hesitate because Ojiokai and Matsuo Boast were the same price 😔(lol) I've been curious about it for a while and I wanted to drink something with a gassy feeling, so I bought this one 🎵. It's a sweet-tasting sake with a tangy, gaseous taste that is typical of Kangiku 🍶The first time I opened it, the lingering sweetness was a little clingy, but about 4 days after opening, the balance of sweet and bitter tastes became perfect and it was delicious 🎵Kangiku is delicious after all 😍🎶. Reasonably priced at 2,750 yen per bottle 🍶‼️
