Hououmida Hongin Bottle Warmed and Heated Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content: 16° to 17 I was curious about Hououmida since last year, but I missed out on buying this Hououmida Hongin 🎉I found it and bought it immediately. It has a fresh aroma like muscat, a soft mouthfeel with a gorgeous sweetness, and a pleasant spiciness and bitterness that spreads in the mouth 🎵It is mellow and has a good umami and a good sharpness. ✨️ This is a very tasty one 😍. The cost is also great at 2,640 yen per bottle including tax. This is a bottle I would like to drink again 🎵

スワカフェThis time from Chiba Prefecture 🍶✨️ limited partnership Kangiku Meikozo 🎵 Matsuo boast -Re:make Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Unrefined Unrefined Sake (Bottle heated once before pouring) Alcohol content 15 Rice polishing ratio 55 It is distributed only in Chiba Prefecture, and is said to be the only limited Junmai Ginjo of Kangiku Meijo. I thought I went to the liquor store to buy OCEAN99 Toukai, but they had both Toukai and Matsuo boast. I was going to buy the Ojiokai, but I started to hesitate because Ojiokai and Matsuo Boast were the same price 😔(lol) I've been curious about it for a while and I wanted to drink something with a gassy feeling, so I bought this one 🎵. It's a sweet-tasting sake with a tangy, gaseous taste that is typical of Kangiku 🍶The first time I opened it, the lingering sweetness was a little clingy, but about 4 days after opening, the balance of sweet and bitter tastes became perfect and it was delicious 🎵Kangiku is delicious after all 😍🎶. Reasonably priced at 2,750 yen per bottle 🍶‼️

This is a repeat of the last bottle I drank, which was very good. It has a soft, thick mouthfeel, a slightly strong sweetness, a firm taste, a tight acidity in the aftertaste, and a pleasant bitterness in the lingering aftertaste. The moderately voluptuous taste is also nice 🎵. The price is also reasonable at 2200 yen per square 😁✨. I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting weaker or the alcohol content is a little high, but I had a little leftover the next day so I'll have to make sure to drink in moderation 😂...

After hospitalization and surgery, I stopped drinking for a while, but this is my first alcoholic beverage since my recovery 😆🎵This is my first alcoholic beverage in 2 and a half months 🍶I guess because I haven't been drinking for a while, my blood pressure was normal at my physical checkup 😂 lol I'm trying to drink in moderation and a little less than before 😅. I think it's because I haven't had it in a while, so at first it felt really strong lol 😂 after drinking it for a while, it became Kido which I always enjoy drinking 😁 it's still cheap and delicious 😋🎶 and you can drink it on a hot summer night with a kick ✨.

This is the first sake from KID 🍶Haru no Kaorufu🎶. The aroma was gorgeous, fruity, fresh and juicy 💡It had a slightly sweet taste with an impressive lingering bitterness and astringency ✨It was a bit too sweet for me personally 👍I could taste the umami in this bottle 😋It was also very cost effective at 2,530 yen per liter ❗ Unfortunately, I could only drink up to 7 gou because I was about to have a surgery 😢I was told not to drink until 2 weeks before the surgery 😓I was naive to think that I could drink until about 1 week before lol 😂Well, I feel like my body is feeling better because I haven't drank any alcohol for a while. I feel like I'm in better shape now that I haven't had a drink for a while 😅. My first surgery with general anesthesia 😓I'm so scared and scared 😱I won't be able to drink alcohol for at least another month 🍶4 bottles in my stock 😋I'll be free during hospitalization so I want to read SakeLab Tokyo Kai's 【Love sake】🎵I became interested in sake after watching his videos✨

This is the last of the Kido nigori sake stock 😄. The fresh and refreshing taste goes well with the hot weather ✨This is delicious 😋 We drank about half of the bottle without mixing 🎵, but it seemed like we couldn't drink any more without mixing the ori, so we finally mixed it into the nigori sake ✴It has been a few days since we opened the bottle, so the gassiness has gone away. It has lost some of its gassiness, but it is more smooth and silky than usual 🎵It also has a gentle sweetness and umami, which is also delicious 😋💮. Kido's nigori sake is one of my favorites 🎶I'll buy it again when the weather gets colder 🙌

Polishing ratio 60 I've been curious about this sake for a while 🍶Special Honjozo 🎵I always drink Hishu, which is the cosiest Nabeshima, but this time I bought a set of Hishu and Special Honjozo 🎶It's sweeter than Hishu and I think I prefer this one ✨It has a slight gas feeling, a good sweetness, a little alcohol, but a deep umami taste spreads in my mouth, it's really good! It's a sweet and delicious sake ✨Nabeshima is too good 😋It's reasonably priced at 2530 yen tax included 🎵.

Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Whenever I go to the liquor store and have a hard time deciding what to buy, I always end up buying this one 😂Although the price has gone up a bit, it is still reasonably priced at 2145 yen ✨This is crisp and dry ✨It starts to mellow out after about 4 days of drinking 😍.

Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice This is the last bottle I bought on the way back from a fishing expedition in Boso 🎶. It's still delicious😍! But ...... what a surprise ‼️ I went all the way to a liquor store to buy it, but ...... it was on sale at a big local liquor store 😅and it was 990 yen (including tax) 😲! The local one was 99 yen cheaper 😂That's too big for me as someone looking for cheap and tasty sake 😅After all, sake under 1000 yen has a big impact 😁. I'm glad to know that it's available nearby because it's my kind of saké, shuwa shuwa and refreshingly delicious ✨. I wonder if they have bottles of it 🎵I'd like to drink it while enjoying the changes in flavor 🍶.

Rice polishing ratio 65 Ingredients rice, rice malt, brewers alcohol 100% Gohyakumangoku I was curious to buy this sake when it was introduced on YouTube by Sakelabo Tokyo 🎶I would like to visit the store sometime soon to drink it ✨. It has a slight, very slight, stimulating pungency in the mouth, a fresh, deep sweetness and umami, and a crisp, clean aftertaste ✨I guess it's sweet and umami 🎵I felt a slight alcohol taste when I first drank it, but it's delicious, so I call it a unique umami (lol)🎶It became less of an issue as the day went on, and I was able to enjoy it again 🎶. This is one I would like to drink again 🎵The price is reasonable at 2310 yen including tax✨.

I bought this on the way back from a fishing expedition ✨If there's an active nigori, you have to buy it 😁🎵. When I opened the bottle, there was 💨 dancing from the bottom 🎵Surprisingly, I was able to open it easily and maturely👍. The 💨 is rough and bumpy 💡. The aroma is subdued and refreshing 😌The mouthfeel is fresh and invigorating ✴The sweetness is subdued and the lingering bitterness is impressive 🎵The taste is clean, light, and easy to drink, but I personally prefer a little more umami 😁.
