I wonder when I'll be able to get my hands on it again.

I'm not sure if it had any aging effect, but it's still good! Orange honey? It tastes like orange nectar. It's sweet but also sharp.
It is best to drink it with a glass of wine to feel the refreshment.
It goes well with cream cheese with honey.
