Pretty dry! Very little sweetness. There is acidity. Distinctive aroma. It seems to shed fried food and greasy food.
I love naturals, but I think it's better to buy this nigori as something else.
It reminds me of Hanaboe's Splash. It doesn't have a grapefruit feel, but somehow it's somewhat similar.
I don't dislike it, but I think I prefer the snowman.
