It's a very tasty drink, but what I felt the moment I drank it wasn't that it tasted good, but that it was "so interesting! lol! It's a true sake, but it still has the aroma of whiskey barrels, so much so that you might mistake it for whiskey. At the same time, the sake's typical flavor can still be felt. It was very delicious😭.

This is made as a Junmai Daiginjo using groundwater drawn from Misawaya's deep well in Ouchijuku, Fukushima Prefecture, and aged for one year in the snow. This sake has a fruity aroma that is typical of Junmai Daiginjo, while the flavor of the sake is mild and strong. It was delicious😄.

Basically, you can only get it in Ouchijuku, so you may not be able to drink it easily😭Maybe some of it is resold on the internet... If you have the chance, please try drinking it!

It is a sake with a delicate and rich flavor. It is a sake that is so delicate that the flavours just disappear as soon as you put it in your mouth. It was delicious 👏.

I think it's a sake that can be enjoyed by all, regardless of who you drink it with! It had a rich flavor, but not too assertive, and went well with chicken dishes 👏. It was delicious!

It has a rich ginjo aroma and a gentle mouthfeel that can be used with any food. I think it's so cosmopolitan that it can be called the Uniqlo of the sake world 🤦🏻♂️. It was very delicious.

As soon as it is opened, it has an aromatic ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples. The taste is fruity, but you can still feel the flavor of the rice. It was very delicious.

Although it is a Junmai Ginjo sake, the aroma is modest. If I had to say something, I would say it has a discreet apple aroma. The taste is very clear and dry, yet you can feel the taste of the rice. I think it goes well with a variety of dishes. It was delicious.

The moment I opened it, I was surprised and impressed by the carbonation that came out like a freshly shaken cola. I've often tasted the slight carbonation that is characteristic of unpasteurized sake, but I've never tasted anything with such intense carbonation. I wonder if the microorganisms are releasing a lot of carbonation because it is fresh... The taste is refreshing, but with a gentle sweetness. It is similar to a carbonated milk drink. The aroma is subdued. It was delicious.

It has a very rich and intense ginjo aroma reminiscent of strawberries, and on the tongue you can feel the spicy, slight carbonation typical of namaishu. The taste is clean yet rich. Very tasty!

I was fiddling with my phone for a while after this sake was brought to me, and I was surprised by the ginjo aroma that reached me despite being about 50cm away from the sake. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples and a slight sweetness that is very appealing. It was very delicious.
