I drank it at a famous sushi chain restaurant. The first thing I felt was a clear taste and a faint melon scent. Then, a little later, you can feel the flavor of rice. I tasted it while thinking, "Well, this is a sake that goes well with sushi. It was delicious.

You can enjoy the rich and fruity aroma that spreads the moment you drink it. However, I was quite drunk when I drank this, so I probably only enjoyed a few dozen percent of the original flavor😇. I would drink this again. It was delicious.

The moment you drink it, you are surrounded by a very rich strawberry aroma. It's clean and easy to drink, but has a rich strawberry aroma, and within that there is a delicious rice flavor that gives the sake a great taste. It also has a strong returning aroma that lingers with every sip... 🤦🏻♂️. It was very delicious.

In the mouth, you will feel a slight carbonation, followed by a rich honey-like taste and citrus aroma. The taste is deep and the mouthfeel is clean. Very tasty😊.

This is one of the best sake in my opinion. As soon as you drink it, you get the pleasant, spicy carbonation that only unpasteurized sake can provide, followed by a mellow melon aroma and a rich honey-like taste. Even though it has a mellow ginjo aroma, the taste is clean and delicate, so you can drink it quickly and easily and finish it in no time. LOL! It was very delicious.

You can enjoy the fruity taste typical of Junmai Daiginjo. The return aroma is a little restrained. It is a well-balanced sake with no blandness, and I think it will be accepted by everyone. Also, as it is claimed to be the "ultimate food sake", it seems to go well with a variety of dishes. It was delicious.

I asked the owner of the liquor store, "What kind of sake goes well with yakiniku?" and he introduced this sake to me. My impression when I drank it was that the aroma was a subdued melon scent, but the carbonation was clear as a nama-gara-shu and the taste was dense as a daiginjo. It's a well-balanced sake that doesn't interfere with the meal, nor does it overpower it. I don't mean to be rude, but to be honest, I didn't expect to be able to drink such a delicious sake from Chiba Prefecture. I look forward to drinking it again as often as possible. Thank you very much!

It has a very clean and delicate taste, and the ginjo aroma is also very restrained. It is not overly assertive with food, so I feel that it would go well with lightly flavored foods such as sushi and sashimi. By the way, the origin of the name "Kamizen Nyosui" means "the best way to live is to have flexibility to change into various forms like water, not to fight with others, and to live as if flowing naturally". Deep. And it was delicious.

First of all, I was curious when I saw the package, but the rice polishing ratio was 50% even though it was called Ginjo. I thought that anything less than 50% would be considered Daiginjo, but I guess this is the case. Opening the bottle. It has a sweet aroma that is typical of a Ginjo. When I drank it, I found that it had a much cleaner and gentler taste than I had imagined from the aroma. Both the aroma and the taste are not too assertive, so it may be a sake for different tastes, but it was delicious.

It is very refreshing to drink and can be drunk easily. However, the taste is rich, so it goes well with food with strong flavor (tempura, simmered dishes, etc.).
